COVID-19 Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in the Philippines

FREE ONLINE SERVICES for COVID-19 Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao can be accessed through this comprehensive Rappler article. Note: Please check with the institution/clinic if they are still offering free services since the article was published in April 11, 2020.

  • Mental Health First Responders Emotional/Peer Support Services – access through their Google Form here.
  • Ateneo Bulatao Center for Psychological Services is offering free Brief Psychological Services. This is a counseling service where you can speak with responders who will listen to you and provide a safe psychological space as you share your distress. Please note that this is not a substitute for therapy or a crisis line. Please check this link if you want to sign-up.
